Our Rental Cleaning Check-List
Reset & Restock Essentials
Remove all used linens and towels; replace with clean, neatly arranged sets
Empty and wipe out fridge, freezer, and pantry of any leftover food
Take out all trash and recycling, including bathroom bins
Replace trash bags in all bins
Restock toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, and hand soap
Restock dish soap, dishwasher pods, and sponge
Replace coffee, tea, sugar, salt/pepper, and any other standard kitchen items (if provided)
Refill toiletry supplies: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, etc. (if provided)
Check and replace lightbulbs and batteries (especially remotes and keypads)
Clean & Sanitize
Disinfect all high-touch surfaces: doorknobs, remotes, light switches, cabinet handles, etc.
Wipe down and sanitize all kitchen surfaces, including counters, appliances, and sink
Scrub and sanitize bathroom: toilet, shower/tub, sink, mirrors, and all fixtures
Dust all surfaces and vacuum/mop all floors
Check for and remove any hair, crumbs, or signs of the last guest
Clean inside microwave, oven, fridge, and dishwasher
Final Touches
Make beds to hotel standards with fresh linens
Fluff pillows, tidy décor, and straighten furniture
Stage towels neatly in the bathroom
Open windows briefly for fresh air (if weather allows)
Do a full walkthrough to ensure the space is spotless, staged, and guest-ready
